Specified on booking that I would be taking car direct to MOT centre. Got a call on day to say they wanted it half an hour earlier. Did this, only to be told that they thought I was taking it to main dealer. I had to then hang around much longer.

My car was in for a big service, I elected to stay in the very comfortable waiting area taking advantage of the nice coffee. Staff were very efficient and courteous as always and the two hour wait passed very quickly and pleasantly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful when you speak to them, but too many things went wrong this time round. I had an issue a few years ago where they did the wrong service and then tried to charge me for it...and this felt like that!
