My air bag (steering wheel) was checked. Phoned a week later asking me to photo my mileage clock and my VIN and send it to them. I took the photos - no Paignton email address, sent to central who emailed back telling me to send it to Paignton........

Ocean Torbay have been selling me and looking after my cars for 30+ years. On the whole, with a few minor exceptions, the service is excellent and the people have been attentive & friendly. Sad they are closing, Plymouth is probably too far to go.

I took advantage of your winter safety check. Your advert states that it includes adblu. 2 days after your service I received an ad-blu warning. During a phone-call a female service rep told me it wasn't included. This is false advertising.

The service was quick and efficient. I had a nail in my tyre, I called in and it went straight in. On a Saturday morning too! It could have ruined my weekend, but Marc and the team managed to get me back on the road to enjoy my weekend!
