Process was good with all departments being dealt with being informative and friendly. Will be my service retailer from now on. Although was told car would be valeted inside and out but don't believe it was.

Jacob on the service desk was great , every step was explained and he called me when he said he would to keep me informed. Also took the car in early because I could not make the car secure overnight. Fantastic service with good coffee , very pleased

Having the servicing work carried at Torbay, it was the same as the sales, when I purchased the vehicle, both aspects being so easy, and made to feel totally at ease, and nothing is to much trouble for them, so welcoming.

Very pleased as always the staff at Ocean stuck to there time slots & the vehicles are always in & out within the pre-arranged times, as on my last visit I had a hospital appointment I couldn't miss & once I explained my situation they had me in&out

Following the B pillar recall: 1 - the trim wasn't fixed back in place afterwards, it was left hanging off 2- there is now a scratch on the rear door sill 3 - the recall has not been cleared from my car 4 - no record of service emailed as promised

As above, emails never replied to and I asked for my glovebox to be looked at. This wasn't. Call centre also contacted me after first appointment saying I had missed it, but paignton had cancelled it and not informed your centre.

This recall I had not expected for my 60 plate X3 but it has obviously been successful as I had a two way journey to Bray on the Thames straight after and my car performed perfectly

Just my last visit went well which is more than i can say for other visits. Whenever my visit does not go completely to plan, i never seem to get the feedback oportunity. Funny that!
