friendliness of staff - everyone smiles. I am always made to feel extremely welcome -it is not just a smile, you always feel that they care.Quality of work is never in doubt and I always get a car back in lovely condition. could not ask for more.

I was disappointed when I the lacquer problem was dismissed as a chip and the problem at the back of the car,I highlighted, you are still to get back to me. It was in for mot and warranty work and the charges like new wiper blades was extortionate.

Car was booked in weeks in advance of the service date and it had to remain in for an extra day because a part for the exhaust emission recall wasn't in stock in Paignton yet the job was booked at the same time as the service otherwise a 5 star job.

I am still waiting for a breakdown of the repairs and costing which was promised to me via email. I did not receive this as a print out at the time of collecting the car after the person in service asked for another 24 hours to complete the breakdown

Marc kept me up to date with the process of my vehicle whilst it was at Ocean Torbay. He understood I had a busy day and arranged a contingency plan if I was unable to collect during service hours. Car was returned spotless - great service all round

The car was collected. I was given feedback as to the progress of the work, and an estimate of the costs. The work was completed the same day and the car was delivered back to me, having been washed.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Surroundings while waiting for the car were excellent. Car was serviced in a pretty short time. Dealership seems to be a really good one based on first impression.
