Specified on booking that I would be taking car direct to MOT centre. Got a call on day to say they wanted it half an hour earlier. Did this, only to be told that they thought I was taking it to main dealer. I had to then hang around much longer.

The staff are very friendly and helpful when you speak to them, but too many things went wrong this time round. I had an issue a few years ago where they did the wrong service and then tried to charge me for it...and this felt like that!

Shocking communication. Online confirmation of service date, then confirmed by phone. Then received re-schedule text. Called to query text told I would get a phone call back.... never happened. Then received a text saying service was going ahead.
