Following the B pillar recall: 1 - the trim wasn't fixed back in place afterwards, it was left hanging off 2- there is now a scratch on the rear door sill 3 - the recall has not been cleared from my car 4 - no record of service emailed as promised

The air controls didn't work when I collected the car but it was sorted within five minutes of my pointing out the problem.

As above, emails never replied to and I asked for my glovebox to be looked at. This wasn't. Call centre also contacted me after first appointment saying I had missed it, but paignton had cancelled it and not informed your centre.

This recall I had not expected for my 60 plate X3 but it has obviously been successful as I had a two way journey to Bray on the Thames straight after and my car performed perfectly

Just my last visit went well which is more than i can say for other visits. Whenever my visit does not go completely to plan, i never seem to get the feedback oportunity. Funny that!

Generally the experience is goo and the fitting of the dash cam was very good, but someone should be able to provide step by step use of this expensive piece of kit and it didn't happen. I was told that a user manual or step by step guide was in car,

It would have been beneficial to have spoken to the technician that assessed the car. Given we had concerns and apparently no fault found. Still doesn't mean we now feel all is O.K. It is not and is disappointing.

Although the service was very good and efficient.! I noticed a problem driving home.! And when I phoned to book it back in.! I was very surprised to find I have to wait 3 weeks for someone to see it.! This has stressed me out a bit.!
