I was kept waiting far too long before anyone came to tell me what the problem was. Two hours in all. Sending me a video afterwards was interesting but it did not compensate for lack of human contact

Dropped car off half hour before appointment. Had a lift to shops to wait. Was told 3 to 4 hours max. But I was kept waiting until 17:30 before we were picked up and collect car, 6.5 hours! Plus overcharged based on quote and awaiting money back.

My car was booked in for 9.30am for a supposed 90 minute oil change, 5 and a half hours later I got my car back!! As far as I'm concerned it was forgotten as I had to ring at lunchtime to see if it was done and took ages to get an answer.

Exeter BMW vacuum the car when booked in for a service whereas this was not done. Also driver window had the words written on it- 'Do not drive split tyre' which was not removed. It was a dark when I picked up the car but should have been checked

Had four tyres - Price ok, dealing with garage fine - but next day when checked tyre pressures one was at 45, one at 32, one at 36 and one at 38 and two of the tyre dust caps were missing, so have had to purchase new set from Halfords.
Whenever I have used workshop services, I have been contacted to collect my car. When I arrive at the centre I am asked to take a seat, about 20+ minutes later someone comes over from service desk. Good reason this time but usually just a delay.

The original booking for winter wheels fitting did not recognise that a service was needed as well. This caused problems as the work could not be done when I was there. I was unable to take the car back due to complications. Finally sorted by garage

Welcomed by name on arrival in service reception. Provided with a brand new 3 series touring for 24 hours. My car returned cleaned and with a service report. No charge for the recall.
Waiting for a car to be serviced is a tedious job where ever you are but seats are comfy enough for the duration. Work done in 15 minutes over stated time anticipated so not bad going - declined free valet to save time and little point in the weather
As mentioned above all aspects of the arranging, attending, car provided, communications, personal attention and very satisfactory outcome to the few small repairs that needed attention in addition to the service visit were all discharged excellently
The car came in for a service and health check and was released back to me with a warning light on, washers not working and a possible fault on the window. Also quoted the wrong price on the telephone when booking the car in but that was honoured.
As a loyal customer of BMW for over 15 years to be told that BMW would not entertain any reduction in overall cost under their loyal customer scheme.

They had the charger in stock and kept it by for me.
I'm happy with the service, opted for an increased service which added £80 but slightly disappointed that the finishing touches weren't given in terms of a wash and valet- for the price paid I would expect this service.
