I specifically showed them where I had a rattle which was being temporarily stopped by me by jamming a sanding disc in the area above the feet of the passenger side. They had the carfare 36 hours and never fixed it.
Extremely satisfied as always.

From my initial phone call to Janes the service administrator at Ocean Yorquy, I was met with friendly efficient enthusiasm in ensuring I was fully advised on my appointment and what would be taking place within my car
My vehicle presented with a tricky maintenance issue that was not obvious to resolve. Yet the service department offered a thorough fault finding process that resolved the issue AND rectified another fault found after meticulous attention to detail.
Again all very helpful and very friendly.
Could improve on reception, had to wait almost 30 mins before being seen, despite booking the time in. Forgot to wash my car unfortunately, but this has not happened before.
As always, staff are excellent, charming, courteous and very efficient. I choose to stay at Ocean whilst my car is being serviced and it's a very pleasant experience.
The service person was very helpful and efficient, some of the service staff in my opinion think that they are doing you a big favour by being there.
My X5 failed its first MOT on headlight adjustment and incorrect number plates (the latter I had fitted myself) but it would have been handy to know they were wrong !

concerned over a potential issue with steering rack under warranty. Not resolved as not showing but knocking noise.
I was forced to make alternative arrangements after being quoted £105 just to have a look at what was wrong. A colleague of mine has the diagnostic software and told me what was wrong within 5 minutes. How can you justify that price?
No loan car offered and this is the second time it has not had a service valet even though on both occasions they have had the car for 4 days each time

John and James both provide an excellent service.
They were courteous, efficient and sorted the problem.
They got my gearbox replaced for free when it went and they got me money back on the recall on my EGR valve that had already been replaced at my cost. Service above and beyond the call!!

Vehicle service completed, although two issues raised when booking in were not rectified. Brakes squeal when moving away after applying handbrake, they still squeal unfortunately. Near side light cluster, daytime running light still looks out,

Booked in on time, lift home and collection. Car ready when required and valeted.
The actual service was fine, except the tyre pressures were very over-inflated. Had to reduce them significantly - the car felt like it was riding on rocks until they were adjusted. Also, I would have liked a report on the vehicles' condition.

Prior to purchase the video presentation was not very professional. The vehicle was serviced prior to my collection, the visual inspection warning system was not updated and the rear nearside alloy wheel is faulty.
Only gripe was being keep waiting 20 minutes before seeing service receptionist
Service carried out fine with no nasty surprises when time to pay the bill, but had to wait nearly an hour for my car as it had not been washed & vacuumed.
Ocean provided me with a courtesy car which was helpful and there was no charge for this.

Disappointing experience on both occasions I have visited. MOT; advised the dealer that I needed lift to work - didn't happen till 9.30am. 2nd visit - tyre change; tyre didn't arrive at time agreed, then it was wrong tyre ordered.
Look up my job sheet would be nice if you called me ( which you won't )
Dont want to give you 5 star as I want your staff do better. Sorry Jon. I worked really hard to find a fault with your BMW centre. I couldn't.
