Service experience was very easy from start to finish
Booked in on time, lift home and collection. Car ready when required and valeted.
Excellent as usual
The actual service was fine, except the tyre pressures were very over-inflated. Had to reduce them significantly - the car felt like it was riding on rocks until they were adjusted. Also, I would have liked a report on the vehicles' condition.
One cannot ask for more.
Only gripe was being keep waiting 20 minutes before seeing service receptionist
Prior to purchase the video presentation was not very professional. The vehicle was serviced prior to my collection, the visual inspection warning system was not updated and the rear nearside alloy wheel is faulty.
Ocean provided me with a courtesy car which was helpful and there was no charge for this.
Service carried out fine with no nasty surprises when time to pay the bill, but had to wait nearly an hour for my car as it had not been washed & vacuumed.

Disappointing experience on both occasions I have visited. MOT; advised the dealer that I needed lift to work - didn't happen till 9.30am. 2nd visit - tyre change; tyre didn't arrive at time agreed, then it was wrong tyre ordered.
Look up my job sheet would be nice if you called me ( which you won't )
Always pleased with the end result. Shame about the customer parking and access. Time they got on with building the new dealership in Kingskerwell. It is taking too long.

Work done as specified effectively
The service period promised was 90 minutes inclusive of wash and vacuum. After 2 hours I had to request the car for a urgent appointment, I paid for the service, despite the car being a Motorbility car, it took more than a week to get our money back.
BMW Ocean were very helpful. BMW Westerly at Exeter wanted me to call an emergency breakdown service They had also done this last year when an electronic hatchback was shut and would nor open. Emergency service said no b/down and refused to come
am self employed so lost wages had to wait a while, other customers came later and got served before me, wasnt offered courtesy and had to get my son to drop me back to garage.
I ADVISED RECEPTION THAT THE TYRES WERE INFLATED WITH GAS HOWEVER I NOTED THAT THE TYRES WERE NOT TOPPED UP AND THE TYRE PRESSURE WARNING HAS SHOWN SINCE THE SERVICE. I ASSUME YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE FACILITY TO TOP UP WITH GAS.
They didn't do a very good job of cleaning car

Our car was in the garage for a recall which had been arranged a long time before and incredibly at the end of the day we were contacted to be notified that they did not have the necessary parts and these would not be available until the next day.
Everything was ok, but some idea of how long it would take beforehand would have been helpful - so I'd known how long I would have to wait.
Car performing well, but some lack of planning in that MOT due in a couple of weeks, but was not mentioned at time of service
The team are helpful and engaging. The parts adviser even fitted my wipers for me as l was in a rush??.
I had to wait three weeks between booking a service and getting the service completed due to the lack of availability of courtesy car in which time my car went 1000 miles over its mileage limit. Also, booking the car in on the day takes too long!
The Service Adviser, Talitha Moss was simply 'excellent'. It makes a change for someone to actually 'listen' to the customer and then deliver outstanding performance. The Service department Team were also very helpful and accommodating and delivered.
The service offered made me feel confident the staff knew what they were doing and you can't ask for more than that

The service on my car was extremely good
The work was done to an acceptable standard in the end, but on booking we were tole that transport home for my wife would be provided and that the car would be brought back afterwards. This did not happen at great inconvenience, despite excess staff
Trevor Larken was brilliant sales representative, very helpful, answered all my queries and questions spot on. Rest of the team were brilliant too and very transparent with everything. Just very helpful and quick overall.
I was told the car would be valeted and it was not. I also reported a damaged door seal and have had not feedback as to resolving the problem

The staff are friendly and helpful
I had two new rear tyres. On one rim, the dust cover on the valve was not put back on. The wheels needed rebalancing - the old weights were wrenched off the bare patches left by them were not cleaned up. The tyre pressures were uneven by 0.3 bar.
I am so pleased with the level of customer service, from start to finish they go through everything so you completely understand. There is no pressure. On collection of the car give you as much time as required to explain your new vechile. Amazing

Extremely helpful team always on hand
Our sales rep, Adrian, endured many of my visits and helped me make the choice with many test drives and going through the options. He provided us with the top level of information, enabling us to make the right choice at the end of the day.
Salesman Ricky Baker met us, lovely manner, not pushy, nothing was too much trouble. Searched through many cars until he found the perfect one for us. Dave explained the finance side of things to us. Again it was explained succinctly.

Excellent. Just a few issues with the BMW 7 day insurance as for some strange reason they cannot insure up to the value of the X5 without a tracker which was not fitted.
