The young lad who detailed with me was brilliant.He tried his best with getting a replacement car overnight for me. I really appreciated his effort. He also communicated well.
The chap I dealt with (I have forgotten his name) is fantastic. Every helpful and very genuine. The two guys that I saw at the branch itself were great too. Again really helpful. I will go to Torbay rather than Barnstaple when I buy a new BMW!
Because of the customer service
When told of the problem (need to replace 4 tires) I had to push for BMW to offer a solution.

The receptionist was very professional, polite and helpful. We were provided with an automatic courtesy car, as per our request. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about electric cars, which we are considering buying in the future. Very pleased.

Did not keep us informed as to what was going on or progress made had to phone ourselves on many occasions not calling back as said they would otherwise I have no gripes and hope this is a one off as previous experience have been very good

My recent service was carried out extremely satisfactory plus a check on a recall
Car was taken on away on a Monday morning, got phone call saying couldnt work on car till the Thursday. Got a phone call Wednesday evening saying car ok. Asked what was wrong with car told it had self righted itself!!!!!!!! Very poor.

The service was good. However there was a problem with getting a loan car and Jon Dixon had to arrange a sales one for me. After the service the tyre pressures were not set correctly. Also the service indicator says 9,000 miles only - why?

Always good service from your staff,just the hanging around on arrival and on pick up that could do with slight improvement,sometimes messages seem to get missed and you end up waiting because they don't know you are there

I would like to make special mention of the time and expertise given by Sean Cockayne on the Service Desk. He spent up to an hour with me, following my repair, explaining all that had gone on in the workshop. He went out of his way to be professional

It was for a recall and I was expected to have coffee in the waiting area before my car could be taken. I was asked if I wanted it cleaned and said yes -it was not cleaned. I was told someone would collect me when it was ready- no one did
