Staff Vacancy - Parts Advisor08/02/2017
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to provide exceptional Customer Service always, to answer telephone calls promptly, and provide a fast, efficient service to all personnel, and to carry out a wide range of duties to enable the Parts Department to run effectively.
The successful person will be a key member of the Parts team based in Torbay and ideally have experience, skills and knowledge in the following areas: Kerridge Proven Motor Trade experience Computer Skills On-line Parts Catalogue Customer Service – telephone and face-to-face
The key attributes for this role will be accuracy and attention to detail with a positive attitude towards the working environment, customers and fellow team members. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and Saturday 8.00am – 12.30pm (on a rota basis).
