I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.
Friendly professional staff, however the site is getting a bit tired. I gather plans are afoot to move?
Because the service given at Ocean BMW is exceptional.
I was asked if I wanted my car washed. I said yes and on picking car up it wasnt.
Rang service department regarding a part 3 times to be told I will ring you back to which this never happened finally got a reply to an email and was told part was kept in stock I could hav picked it up days ago if got a phone call
The car was released on the day it was dealt with, only for me to be phoned to say the work was not complete and I had to take the car back the following day for further work!! I'm busy and this was a real unnecessary disruption to two working days.

The whole process including the hire vehicle for the day was handled in a timely and professional manner. The young lady, Kat who organised the service on my behalf was pleasant, polite and helpful with nothing being too much trouble.

Wing mirror case replacement. Part ordered. Paid over the phone. I assumed the cost included fitting - it did not.
I was a little taken back finding out my car needed a new drive belt after 16000 miles only and also having a health test when car was in warranty, it now makes me a little concerned what else is going to go wrong with it now car is out of warranty!
All the staff at Ocean Torbay are very efficient, professional and make me feel that I am important to them. The service is excellent and there is always an aura of calm at the premises.

Nigel the senior technician was able to sort our my warranty issues when Dick Lovett of Bristol could not . They said my auto gearbox judder was inherent in that model and because other similar cars performed the same it must be ok.Well done Ocean.

The work took longer than expected. I am looking forward to taking advantage of the soon-to-be constructed facilities which, although further to travel will hopefully mean better access and parking.

Torbay quoted me a higher price on arrival than the figure quoted when I booked. Advice about battery charging was inconsistent with that previously given by BMW. I was not notified about my tyres being down to the canvas before I left the dealership
